Vom restlichen Rosmarin die Nadeln hacken. Die Chili putzen, entkernen und feinhacken. Scharlotten, Paprika und den Rosmarinzweig in &ouml;l and&uuml;nsten  und  8 Min mit der Br&uuml;he kochen lassen. Rosmarinzweig entfernen. Nun die Sahne zugie&szlig;en und alles mit dem Stabmixer P&uuml;rieren. Die Suppe mit  Salz und etwas Honig abschmecken.
